Q: At what grade level can my child
participate in wrestling?
A: The youth wrestling program is open to all school age children
from kindergarten to 8th grade.
Q: My 8th grader is 15 years old, can he
still participate?
A: If he turns 15 on or after September 1st of the current wrestling
season, he may participate.
Q: Can my child still participate if we
live outside of Dundee Township?
A: Yes; however, you will be charged at the non-resident rate.
Q: What type of equipment will my child
need?
A: All wrestlers are required to have a pair of wrestling shoes and
headgear for practices and tournaments. Clean shorts and a
short sleeve t-shirt are needed for practice and a team singlet is
required for tournaments. The singlet is provided by the team
but requires a $25.00 refundable deposit.
Q: Where are your practices held?
A: Most of our practices are held in the wrestling room at
Dundee-Crown High School. Occasionally we will have to move
practice to another location due to scheduling conflicts.
